A most excellent teacher is one who...
Mixes the exact right amount of learning ingredients into a fun and humorous academic classroom. In the classroom of this most excellent teacher, a general hilarity and happy edginess would apply to serious tasks and topics and to the most mundane of chores. Open communication would become open comedic-relief.
Aside from funny, the ideal instructor would teach and use technology, especially hands-on the personal computer and the software related to the future of communication-- the Internet.
In the digital classroom and for the digital generation, the most important skills are taught. Starting with keyboarding and data entry and moving on to email and hyper-text-markup-language or html.
Interpersonal communication and public speaking are immeasureably important too, so I think these would need to be taught by the best teacher in the best classroom. As part of communication skills and life skills including Rich's Megaskills need to be taught here beginning with personal responsibility and confidence....
